Terms of Service
Effective 23 October 2026
These terms govern your use of AI Sales Agent (“the Service”), operated by AI Sales Agent (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. About this project
AI Sales Agent is a project built as part of a software engineering internship programme. It is operated by an individual rather than a company, is provided free of charge, and is not a commercial service. There is no registered company behind it and therefore no registered office; everything in these pages is handled by the contact address below.
That matters for two of the clauses below. There is no fee (section 9), and the Service carries no availability guarantee (section 8) — it is a project, run on free infrastructure tiers, and it may be changed or withdrawn.
2. What the Service does
The Service helps you improve your professional positioning, draft content, discover opportunities, organise prospects and prepare personalised outreach from one workspace, with AI assistance at specific steps.
It assists; it does not act on its own. Nothing is published or sent on your behalf without your explicit, per-item approval. Where a workflow cannot be automated within a platform’s rules, the Service prepares the work and you perform the final action yourself.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
- Information you give us must be accurate, and kept so.
- One person per account. Workspaces may have several members, each with their own account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send unsolicited bulk email, or any message to a recipient you have no lawful basis to contact;
- import or use purchased, rented or scraped contact lists;
- contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted, or ignore an unsubscribe request;
- impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent who a message is from;
- scrape, automate or circumvent the rules of LinkedIn or any other platform, including through browser automation or unofficial APIs;
- upload unlawful content, malware, or anything infringing someone else’s rights;
- attempt to access another workspace’s data, probe the Service’s security, or interfere with its operation;
- resell or redistribute the Service without our written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules, and we will say why when we do.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service integrates with third parties including LinkedIn, AI providers, search and email services. Your use of those integrations is also subject to each provider’s own terms, and you remain responsible for complying with them.
Two consequences worth being explicit about. Platforms can change, restrict or withdraw access at any time, which may remove a feature through no fault of either of us. And the Service deliberately does not offer capabilities a platform prohibits — notably automated LinkedIn connection requests, messaging and scraping — regardless of what competing tools claim to do.
6. AI-generated output
AI features produce drafts. They can be wrong, outdated, or unsuitable, and they can state things confidently that are untrue.
- Review everything before you use it. The approval step exists for that reason.
- You are responsible for what you send or publish, including anything drafted with AI assistance.
- We make no claim that output is accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose.
- Where a feature is simulated rather than connected to a live provider, the Service labels it. Do not treat a simulated result as real.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into the Service and everything it generates for you. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service for you — storing, processing and transmitting your content, including sending it to the processors listed in the Privacy Policy.
We do not use your content to train our own models.
8. Availability and support
The Service is provided as is, without a service-level guarantee. It may be unavailable for maintenance, because of a dependency’s outage, or because a third-party quota is exhausted. Free-tier quotas on the providers behind AI features are shared and capped, so a feature may be temporarily unavailable even when the Service itself is running; the interface says so when that happens.
9. Fees
The Service is currently provided at no charge. If we introduce fees, we will give account holders notice before they apply, and you may close your account rather than accept them.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — see Data deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, a legal requirement, or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where circumstances allow.
11. Liability
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months or 100 USD.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will update the effective date and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
No jurisdiction is specified while the project is non-commercial and provided free of charge. Any dispute would be governed by the law of the operator’s place of residence. Nothing here affects rights you have under the consumer or data-protection law that applies to you.
