Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your data from AI Sales Agent, what gets removed, and the one thing that is deliberately kept. Platform reviewers often ask for a dedicated URL for this; this is it.

AI Sales Agent is a project built as part of a software engineering internship programme. It is operated by an individual rather than a company, is provided free of charge, and is not a commercial service. There is no registered company behind it and therefore no registered office; everything in these pages is handled by the contact address below.

How to request deletion

Email admin@omnexlab.site from the address on the account, with “Delete my account” as the subject. We confirm the request, delete the data, and confirm again when it is done — normally within a few days and always within 30 days.

If you cannot write from the account address, say so and we will verify your identity another way before deleting anything, since acting on an unverified request would itself be a security problem.

What is deleted

Your account, including the login credential held by our authentication provider.
Your workspaces and everything in them: professional profile, business context, target audiences, prospects and contacts, opportunities, content drafts, email drafts, tasks, notes and activity history.
Records of AI requests made from your workspaces.
Stored third-party tokens, including any LinkedIn access and refresh tokens.

What is kept, and why

Suppression records. If an address was recorded as “do not contact” — because someone unsubscribed, complained, or asked to be left alone — that record survives deletion of everything else. Honouring such a request requires remembering it; discarding it would risk contacting someone again who had already said no. The record holds only what is needed for that check.

We may also retain data where the law requires it, or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim. Backups are rotated on their own schedule and deleted content disappears from them as they expire.

Deleting LinkedIn access without deleting your account

You can revoke the Service’s access to LinkedIn independently, from LinkedIn’s own settings under Data privacy → Permitted services. That takes effect immediately and does not depend on us. Disconnecting the account from within the Service also deletes the stored tokens.
